I've read your other thread and you didn't get "ripped apart" (bated from two inappropriate posts that should exist removed). Your other thread was titled, "LG G4 This Phone is Garbage", and people provided aid for about of your issues. The random shutdown thing actually is rare, in that you 2 are the simply ones I've seen that have this upshot. So it's either an app upshot from who-knows-what, or it can mayhap resolved via factory reset, or your telephone just needs to exist fixed. As I've read most every thread in this forum, and you guys are the only ones to come forward with this effect, then have the fact that there maybe is something seriously wrong with your phone that non everyone else is experiencing.

My LG G4 shuts downwardly without warning and cannot be turned back on. I accept to accept out the battery, wait, put it back in and so it sometimes starts back up. Other times it goes to the "spark" screen and locks up so I take the battery out again, put dorsum and try once again. It then goes through a restart process that has taken up to an hour to complete. Dart was no aid... and your negative aroused answer to the other person was no help either... (sswitzer)

After shutting down, attempt removing your SD bill of fare (assuming you take one) and running for a while without information technology. A corrupted menu can crusade random shutdowns and or reboots. If that fixes it, the carte itself could be OK only accept a corrupted file that causes a shut downward whenever information technology's accessed. Yous could outset with reformatting the carte du jour, if that doesn't work, you'd have to replace it with a knew ane.

In a non-angry, hopefully helpful tone: you're experiencing something that is most likely caused either by a bad SD card (as greydarrah has noted) or a bad app. SD bill of fare result is easy to diagnose. To see if it's a bad app, reboot in Rubber Manner and see if the problem persists... and if non, then get-go figuring out which of your apps is causing the upshot. If none of that works, either try a factory reset or return your phone to your carrier (or wherever.)

Okay, I have the H815 and simply had a random reboot in one case throughout its 2 months of service. It was depression on battery, though.

    I can give you some tips to diagnose the issue;

    • Remove the SD card if you have one inside.
    • Uninstall any apps that are of no employ or ones that await suspicious.
    • Exercise a factory reset if the higher up 2 didn't help

If your phone yet randomly reboots, take it back for an RMA.

Mine still works fine. Zero lag and no serious problems aside from that puzzling random reboot.

Mine has been doing this too but just for the past few days. I know I got some Sprint Pack update inside the last calendar week and and then got a message that i of the apps couldn't exist updated....it seems to have started after that and so I'm wondering if there's a connexion. Today information technology took four times of removing the battery before it would finally start, and then it did a one-half-hour app optimization thing...ate up about 12% of my bombardment and now the back of the phone is hot to the touch.

I have loved this telephone up until this trouble started happening simply I'm getting actually frustrated with it over this.

Considering doing a mill reset merely then I lose all of my settings, right? And I really don't desire to take to become through redoing all the settings once again.

In the meantime, does anyone know how to actually get the SD card out of the telephone?! Instructions are straightforward, but when information technology comes to sliding out the menu--it won't. I can push it out from the top with my fingernail but it only moves most 1-2 mm and that'south not enough to get concord of information technology and pull it the rest of the way out.

    LG G4 Prophylactic Mode
Printing and Concur the Ability Button
Let Go of the Ability Push button When the Power Menu Appears
Tap and Hold the 'Power Off' Option
Tap on the 'OK' Option When Told About Rebooting into Safe Mode
Wait Until the LG G4 Reboots into Safe Mode

    Explanation
Safe Mode for the LG G4 is a mode for you to disable all 3rd party applications from employ. The reason why Google added it is so that we can find out if a 3rd party application is the reason why something is wrong with our phones. For example, if you are experiencing excessive bombardment drain on the LG G4, then it is recommended that y'all boot into Safety Mode and monitor your battery usage while in this manner. If your battery drain improves while in Safe Fashion then a 3rd party application is likely the culprit and now it is your job to find out which one it is.

You can ordinarily take a piece of record, stick it to the border of the sd card and pull information technology out. I've too used a needle to elevate information technology out.

Likewise! I didn't discover this until I'd removed the SD card several times by dragging it out with a fingernail:

There is a little piece y'all can slide down towards the bottom of the telephone, which will push the SD card out. It's a small black plastic "tab", next to where it says "Micro SD" on the back of the phone itself.

It helped me get the carte du jour out. Because, as was noted, you lot can't push it in, to arrive popular out, like on my GS3.
